The reopening of the golf courses in Portugal is announced for April 5th, 71 days after their closure due to the pandemic.

A few hundred golfers and golf courses members, in the centre and in the Algarve, will return to their golf courses with great enthusiasm.

In these 71 days of mandatory closure and although the golf courses are not open to the practice of golf, the daily maintenance works continues, with the essentially and with less staff.

Keeping the essential works between Monday to Friday at the level of cutting the grass, only with the loss of small details, such as the manicure around the fairways, which will be returned now taking into account that there is already a date of reopening.
Although until now, if necessary, the golf course was always ready for play, at the level of tees, fairways and greens.
