INFINITUM has reopened The Lakehouse Bistrot after a complete renovation of both its facilities and its culinary concept. Under the direction of executive chef Beatriz Burillo, the restaurant now embraces a fresh Mediterranean identity, blending modern, healthy cuisine with the signature coastal atmosphere that defines the resort.
The Lakehouse Bistrot stands as a key part of the INFINITUM experience, where golf, fine dining, and residential life merge into one Mediterranean lifestyle. The new autumn menu highlights local, seasonal ingredients, celebrating freshness and sustainability.
Chef Burillo explains, “My goal has been to create a gastronomic experience that combines exquisite food with a natural setting, reinforcing our commitment to sustainable cuisine and the environment around us.” She also emphasised that both the à la carte and daily menus have been redesigned to showcase local produce and balance creativity with authenticity.
Among the new dishes are lamb shoulder with roasted vegetables, grilled Balfegó tuna with julienne vegetables, monkfish romesquet, and aged beef sirloin. Each plate reflects the restaurant’s philosophy of combining innovation with Mediterranean tradition.
The restaurant also features the Albatros Room, a private, fully equipped space designed for corporate and private events. It offers direct access to the terrace, flexible layouts for up to 45 guests, and cutting-edge audiovisual technology including an 85-inch LED screen and high-speed WiFi. Custom catering and professional technical support are available for all event types.
Located in the Clubhouse of the Lakes Golf Course, The Lakehouse Bistrot combines elegant interior design with panoramic views of the Greg Norman-designed course and the nearby protected wetlands of Sèquia Major. Large windows flood the space with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that feels both exclusive and relaxed.
The décor subtly blends modern elements like glass and metal with organic touches such as natural-fibre lighting, achieving the perfect balance between contemporary design and Mediterranean comfort.
