Check in can be tedious with tourist tax, should have a pre online check in to speed up check in

the hotel was a little disappointing because we did not get the same rooms as last time. we may have been given an upgrade last time which we weren't told about but the rooms were cramped and the beds were very close together. they were however very clean and the bathrooms very good. the breakfasts were better than last time and the staff were as always excellent

Lovely hotel, no tea or coffee in rooms which was very disappointed,
