Costa Adeje is built from an old banana plantation, its original stone terrace walls restored into a José Gancedo-designed course that's hosted European Tour events and once welcomed Severiano Ballesteros for the Spanish Open. Book this one for a genuinely storied round five kilometres from Playa de las Américas, with sea views to La Gomera and a shorter Los Lagos nine for an easier afternoon. ...
Buenavista was designed by Severiano Ballesteros himself, its back nine running along Atlantic cliffs so closely that five greens feel aimed straight at the ocean — earning it the nickname the ''European Pebble Beach''. Book this one for one of Tenerife's most dramatic rounds, with a five-star Meliá resort on site and genuine precision demanded at the 15th and 17th. ...
Las Américas sits in the heart of Playa de las Américas, its wind-sheltered amphitheatre layout hiding real history — the remains of aboriginal Guanche dwellings sit beside the 2nd hole — and a track record hosting the Tenerife Open de España Femenino. Book this one for an easy-walking round right in the resort action, with a golf school and video swing analysis on hand if you want to work on your game beforehand. ...
Golf del Sur was made by the famous designer Pepe Gancedo. But Manuel Piñero was the person in charge turning the Golf del Sur into the only golf course on the Canary Islands with 3 courses after renewing renewing the enlargement of the Links course in 2005.. The 27 holes are perfectly divided on the three golf courses: the North course with 2949 metres and 9 holes split in 2 holes with par 3, 5 with par 4 and 2 with par 5. At the South golf course there are 2 holes with par 3, 5 with par 4 and 2 with par 5, covering an extension superior of 2957 metros. The 36 shots recently opened at the Links course are divided in 2 holes with par 3, 5 with par 4 and 2 holes par 5 with a playing area of 2853 metres. The morphology of the soil has a remarkable influence on the features of each round. The presence of the sea and the impressive ravines on the course, giving the player the opportunity to enjoy each visit made to Golf del Sur. The fairways, wide and undulating, are dotted with many natural obstacles. The presence of various water hazards is in clear contrast with the incredible volcanic sand bunkers protecting the greens. Golf del Sur facilities are at the same level of the greatest European golf resorts. The Club House, in traditional style can host events of any kind, with a wonderful catering service from its restaurant. The Pro Shop offers a wide range of first line products. By creating the academy, Golf del Sur clearly aims on the promotion of this sport on the Island. With a driving range, 2 putting and chipping greens and a practise range, it's a complete area for learning. ...
Abama was designed by Dave Thomas and opened in 2005 with Bill Clinton in the inaugural round, climbing 315 metres up the west face of Mount Teide for views across the Atlantic to La Gomera. Book this one for a genuinely decorated round — a 2024 World Golf Awards nominee with 22 lakes, 25,000 palms, and greens fast enough to test any handicap. ...
Real Club de Golf Tenerife was founded in 1932, the second-oldest golf club in Spain, laid out at 600 metres above sea level by four of its own members among century-old trees and the Barranco de la Milagrosa ravine. Book this one for real elevation, cooler mountain air, and a course that hosted the Spanish Open back in 1964. ...
Amarilla's par-3 5th is one of the Canary Islands' great tee shots, a full carry over a rocky Atlantic inlet to a green perched on the far side. Book this one for the coastal drama and Mount Teide backdrop, then settle in for a technical back nine that rewards accuracy over power. ...

The course was in very good condition, but it is a very hard course to play. Lots of hills, wind and forced carries. Fairways and greens very well kept. Driving range is far away from the first tee and somewhat difficult to get to but the club house gives you free range balls to warm up with to get ready for play.
