Laguna Golf Course was a real surprise and far better than we expected. We had originally viewed it as a warm-up round before playing some of the higher-ranked courses in the area, but it quickly proved to be much more than that.
The course was in excellent condition from tee to green, with a fantastic layout that was both enjoyable and challenging. Every hole felt well thought out, making for a memorable round. What really stood out, however, was the service. The staff were friendly, welcoming and incredibly helpful throughout the day, helping to create a great overall experience.
We wouldn't hesitate to play Laguna again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. A superb course that exceeded our expectations.
Thomas Hilbertz
Wonderful course but very busy today. It took us nearly 5 hours to play 18 holes.
Jason Strachan
Great course as well as the Millennium course. Staff at the golf course are also great and helpful.
Des Robertson
Absolutely beautiful course, well tended but challenging with water hazards and bunkers particularly but a lot of fun.
Craig Cruickshank
Excellent course, great service
Mark Scotter
Excellent service throughout.
paul bullen
We had a great day course was in great condition
Conor McCloskey
Friendly staff in pro shop????
Paul Beckinsale
Fabulous course
Greg Wilde
The staff at Laguna were superb. From the check-in to the stater it was 10/10. Restaurant staff were not just to that standard but totally acceptable.
The course was in fantastic condition although there is ongoing work to the cart paths but not an issue as you can drive in the fairways. The greens are very fast compared to Millenium but a different challenge and a good contrast. I would thoroughly recommend the course and Teetimes.pt
Darius Ceburnis
Excellent service and the course with all the facilities. Very heavy and wet sand during superdry conditions. Unfortunate timing for buggy paths under repair which is understandable.
Martin Punch
Excellent, Enjoyable Course.
Great to see buggy paths upgraded.
Course Marshall on duty which assists greatly with the pace of play.
Excellent facilities / Food
Steve Wootten
Challenging but good course. Lots of water and very tricky greens. Clubhouse food was very poor though. Golf marshals were excellent
Justin Riley
Excellent course, buggies available and great club house. Helpful and friendly staff
Mr. Schmidt
We had a very nice day
Dick Martens
excellent course, perfect condition and working hard to make it even better
Harry Hanton
Super afternoon on a pleasantly challenging golf course….
James Curran
What a great course design and layout
Peter Brown
Enjoyable course. Tough in the howling gale! Good, but tricky greens.
Joe
Excellent course beautifully set up great amenities
Peter Brown
Very friendly
Andy Mr. Kellett
first time and the experience was excellent
Dennis Meredith
Course was playable, however the upgrade works take a bit away from the visual aspect of the course. Also the Bermuda grass doesn’t seem to that taken well.
Kevin Maguire
We played Laguna on the 17th March
The work they have done to the course is starting to pay dividents. The greens were magnificent the fairways nice and the ball run a long way.
The only downside was there was a lot of development work going which was a bit of putting
David Schofield
Greens were very good, although it has been very wet and a lot of work being done Laguna is slightly behind Pinhal and Millenium
Ellenor Dunbar
Excellent service from golf personnel and the course was in good condition despite all the recent bad weather.
IAN HARTIS
Really enjoyed playing had a buggy and as it had been so wet needed to keep to the rough and the paths but this did not spoil the round at all.
Greens in excellent condition
Staff friendly and helpful
Halper Johannes
Unfortunately, the place was very wet due to the heavy rain, the greens were fine
Martin Punch
Good quality Course
Jyrki Mutanen
Greens were much more faster than before which was great. Good service at the clubhouse. Will come back.
Ian Godfrey
Really enjoyed Laguna. Had not played it for years and the update has made the course super to play. Would be happy to go back here on a regular basis.
Kevin Maguire
Laguna was in the best condition of the three Dom Pedro courses we played on our trip. We played it on the 12th November the day before the storm hit the region.
Jonathan Bell
Great course and beautiful clubhouse and service!
Halper Johannes
Sehr gepflegter Platz, Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Interessante Löcher, werde den Platz im Jänner wieder spielen.
David Schofield
A huge improvement since the last time I played there.
Full credit to the new owners

Eamon McCay
Course in great condition, greens very fast !!
Philippe Mercier
Parcours extremement bien prepare
Accueil excellent
Andy Noon
Very nicely designed course but it had just been sanded so wasn’t perfect.
Søren Rasmussen
Nice greens, hard with “Bermuda grass”
Paul Reilly
Great course, with enough hazards to test your golf game. Would be better if the golf carts had GPS available similar to other courses.
Ray Davis
Course not as well presented as Pinhall or Millennium with fairly scruffy areas of the main playing area. Also much harder due primarily to the water hazards, which can necessitate long carries for higher handicaps. Overall not as enjoyable as the other 2 Dom Pedro courses.
David Dubois
Staff were very friendly and attentive.
Joe Sanghani
Great course to play at. Conditions were great.
Jason Strachan
Very good course, friendly staff and look forward to returning. Played both courses on site. Have a great time. Thank you
James Side
Course was ok, definitely not the best of the Vilamoura courses but still had some fun holes and was in decent condition. Too expensive compared to previous years though.
Paul Beckinsale
Excellent organisation
Oilean Mulligan
Very nice everything was very organised and ready for us, woman in pro shop was very kind and helpful
Kevin Whitehead
Very easy check in and all elements of the service came with a smile. Course is in great condition and overall a first class experience
David Ashenhurst
The course was in good condition, the greens didn’t look the best but rolled true. Sadly a stag party who don’t play golf took up 4 tee times before ours so the round took nearly 6 hours to complete.
Elliot Sampson
Lovely course very demanding :) We teed off at 3:30pm and just made it back in time for 8pm when the buggies had to be returned. We were not held up with slow play so allow 5.5 hours to complete.
John Joseph Gaffney
Really enjoyed playing Laguna today, course in great condition and its water was a great contrast to Vila Sol and Pinhal played earlier in the week
Martin Punch
Lovely well maintained course
Unfortunately rates in the algarve are not competitive or best value
Ronnie Carswell
A very tough but fair challenge. All greensetc in very good condition.
Donald Coutts
Excellent golf course - pretty difficult.
Jeannot Mailhot
Très beau terrain bien entretenu
Journée très venteuse qui a rendu certains trous plus difficiles et nous y retournerons sûrement lors d’un prochain voyage ????
Nicole Barth
Disapointing shape of the Course. For this Price we expected a better Course.
Compered for example with Vale de Lobo , which is cheaper , the shape of the course is very sad.
Martin Punch
Did not play as no buggies allowed on Course and no electric trolleys available.
Course was flooded due to bad weather and should have been closed.. especially back 9
We received credits to play again which was acceptable.
Steven Slack
Excellent course we had an amazing time and will deffo be back
Mr Lindsay Potter
Course was kept nice an all the staff in clubhouse were very friendly and professional
Klaus-Uwe Lucht
Slow Players on the course...
Marie-Jacqueline Leconte
Usually the course is in excellent conditions but this time too many mud on the course and there was no tain in the previous days. The greens are the best in Algarve.
David Taylor
Lovely challenging course.
Great facilities shared with the Millennium. Staff were lovely and very helpful
Martin Punch
Nice challenging Course in great condition.
Ted Johnson
Course in good condition. A little backwards and forth and views less exciting than others in the area.
Peter Crockett
Very tricky course
Franz Schautzer
The design of the course is not the best, the conditions too..we will avoid it in future…
Joe Hennelly
Played it for the first time in many years
Greens could be better
Nigel Steers
Older course and a little more open. A lot of water again. Buggies did not have GPS which would have been useful.
Mihai Gaciu
Very unhappy that before our round at 8.24 am the driving range was closed for maintenance and we had to start our round without any bit of practice. At least one net should be available for such situations. We travel to play here only once a year so for us it is simply too much to ruin this round.
pascal wegman
Desk lagune very friendly. Buggie boys unfriendly. We needed buggies to go to driving range as one of our guys can not walk very well. This was not possible. Only 20 minutes up to out tee time.
Steve Richmond
Excellent golf course in good condition with some really nice holes, water or not. First time we've played Laguna and would definitely like to give it another go. Every member of our party, irrespective of handicap, enjoyed it.
