Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and tidy. Breakfast is ok but not really 4*. Bedroom is comfortable, bathroom is not equipped with all the amenities that you would expect from a 4* hotel. Kitchenet is tired. The hotel should not charge for use of room safe. Overall hotel is comfortable but not a 4* hotel. Hot fod was a little disappointing. an egg cooking station would have been nice. The Sauna and Steam room were not working and lockers and showers needed to bee replaced.
