Golf Estoril
Estoril Golf Club dates back to 1929 in its first nine-hole version and it was built by Fausto de Figueiredo, the gambling concessionaire at the Estoril Casino. In the new design, the former 9th hole disappeared, and an alteration was made to the fairway of the 13th hole - the famous Patiño’s hole - that now has a dogleg to the right and the second shot is played from the area where the old green was located. The green is now on a higher level. With the disappearance of the 9th hole it was necessary to build another hole, which is now number 13, a par 3 of 160 metros in length.|Finally, the 16th hole has a re-designed green but it is still a par 3, 186 metres long, but 15 metres shorter than the previous one, and it is considered by many players to be one of the best holes in Portugal.

A great course with fairways like carpets. Tricky in places and it certainly helps when transport is provided from 16th green to 17th tee.

We have played this lovely course a number of times over the years and needless to say, we had a great experience once more. A well maintained course in great condition The staff in the clubhouse were very friendly. Thank you to the Green Keepers, Caddy Master and Clubhouse staff for a enjoyable afternoon

Everything about this golf course was amazing. Greens were stunning, and everything was looking good. The food and hospitality was the best on our mini golf tour. The club house and changing facilities are a little dated, but that only added to the feel of the place. Great course and good golf.

Weather was viable, but has a nice day of golf. Green were challenging And you had to be accurate off the tee otherwise trouble awaits. Staff were very friendly, green conditions were good but faiways could be a bit patchy in places. Would come back as weather improves
