Quinta do Perú
Quinta do Peru was the first golf course built in the Azeitão region between the castles of Sesimbra and Setubal, which is well known for its palaces, its wines and cheeses.|The course, with its many trees and wild flowers, offers a varied start.|The most difficult test on the course, hole 16, a Par 3 over 200 metres, where one needs to get over a lake to reach the green. After eighteen holes there is a number of golf-related activities available and also a clubhouse providing excellent views over the surrounding landscape, with the imposing and beautiful Arrabida mountain range in the background.

Top quality golf course, restaurant and staff. Very nice practice facilities. Course itself has challenging holes that require good positioning off the tee, followed by smart short play. Greens very true and need reading well. Enjoy!

Vierte und letzte Golfrunde in diesem Urlaub in Quinta. Quinta ist und bleibt unser Lieblingsplatz. Alles wie sonst immer. Entspanntes Spielen. Wir freuen uns jetzt schon wieder auf 2025 in Portugal.

Fourth and final round of golf this holiday at Quinta. Quinta is and remains our favourite course. Everything as usual. Relaxed play. We are already looking forward to 2025 in Portugal.

Diesen Platz spielen wir seid 12.09.2006 mehrmals wehrend unsern Urlauben
Der Platz ist wie immer in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Fairways top. Die Grüns top. Wie werden Quinta noch 3 mal spielen. Wir geben aber nur neun Punkte. Der Grund: einige Fairwaybunker könnten neuen Sand vertragen.

We have been playing this course several times during our holidays since 12.09.2006
As always, the course is in very good condition. The fairways are top. The greens top. We will play Quinta 3 more times. But we only give it nine points. The reason: some fairway bunkers could do with new sand.

We are regular visitors to this course, which has never disappointed us. It's gently undulating terrain and manageable length of all tees makes it an ideal destination for any group of golfers including lower handicappers looking for a challenge. The course was generally in an excellent condition, although some fairways seemed to be slightly affected by disease. This did not, however, spoil our enjoyment of the course. Excellent practice facilities.
The staff were welcoming and helpful. We arrived too early for our tee time, but the reception staff brought out tee time forward without any difficulty on a busy Saturday. The main clubhouse was closed for renovation at the time of our visit, but visitors are given access to the very lovely members' clubhouse where we were made welcome.
A very good all round golf experience.
