Finca Cortesin is an 18-hole, par 72 championship golf course, measuring 7,000mt from the back tees and displaying over 100 strategically placed bunkers and is rated as one of the best golf courses in Spain and Europe.
Its most attractive features beyond the service are its landscape and natural environment and the lack of property development around it.
Designed by Cabell Robinson and landscaped by Herald Huggan, it embodies all the natural character they have discovered.
The Volvo World Match Play has elevated Finca Cortesin to a group of great golf courses and world-class event venues, and the hosting of the Solheim Cup in 2023 has proven this.
All green fees at Finca Cortesin benefit exclusively from a bag drop service, warm up balls, and other small amenities typical of great courses that want to provide golfers with a wonderful golfing experience.

First time back to Finca since 2016 and wow better than before. Service is exceptional as you would expect. Course has matured and now manicured beautifully and finally the the Greens. Wow!! The new Bermuda greens are amazing. The greens have taken the course to another level. Worth every penny of the green fee!

Very nice golf course. We were offered complimentary fruits and water. We enjoyed a golf round at Finca Cortesin. The course is quite young, and you can see that in the quality of the grass in some places. But it will be a great golf course soon.

Finca is truly one of the great courses. A real challenge in a beautiful setting (marred only by some of the more distant views to scree covered hillsides and building work , which you don’t see, for example, from either Valderrama or San Roque). But overall a stunning golf course. The greens were the smoothest and fastest we had ever played on,, slightly better even, in our view, than Valderrama’s. The welcome was friendly and the whole experience highly enjoyable. It’s a tough test of golf though - and long! But not to be missed by anyone wanting to feel they have played the best that Andalusia has to offer.
