Domes Lake Algarve reopens in April
Domes Lake Algarve, located adjacent to Vilamoura beach, will reopen in April with a twofold signature that further elevates the excellence of what was named "Best New Resort" by the European World Travel Awards.
This resort will be the first of its kind under the Autograph Collection brand, as well as the fifth hotel in the area owned by Marriott International.
Domes Lake Algarve is closed since October 2022 so that substantial renovations may be made to the resort, which has attracted visitors from all over the world.
Interventions are being carried out in all 192 rooms, but also in the common areas, restaurants and bars, including furniture upgrades and total renovations in some of the spaces dedicated to gastronomy.
For example, the hotel-managed restaurant Sora Beach, on Falésia beach, is undergoing a major renovation in preparation for a partnership with a well-known Portuguese chef.
One of the most significant alterations will be the addition of a fifth pool, this one dedicated to adults only, to the four already present pools. This new feature will further the resort's versatility.
The Domes Lake Algarve is the first hotel in the Greek Domes Resort group to be built outside of Greece.

excellent service and lovely rooms. Breakfast is amazing and staff overall are very friendly and supportive. Perfect location with excellent inhouse amenities (pools, Spa etc etc)
