Designed by Robert Trent Senior, the main feature which distinguishes Olivos golf course from The Lakes is the abundance of characteristic Mediterraean Olive trees, its smaller size, as well as fewer water hazards.
The greens at Los Olivos golf course are smaller, undulating and well defended. Although both golf courses are the work of the same designer, there is no doubt there are interesting contrasts between the two golf courses: if Los Lagos are based on hazards of water and sand, Los Olivos is strategic narrow tree lined fairways and elevated greens.
Course in excellent condition - except for the greens. They are absolutely terrible with little to no grass on them. Very very poor & not worth the money charged for green fees
The greens were in a very poor condition. We were each given a €10 restaurant credit as compensation. A discounted green fee would have been more appropriate..
Nice golf course with very wide fairways…

Excellent course easy to walk, friendly staff
Not great as were unable to complete the round due to torrential rain plus thunder and lighting. Given that the weather forecast predicted this felt that some guidance could have been given as what should happen when thunderstorms arrived.
Very pleasant staff. No problems encountered
Very nice courses , and very nice staff.
Nice course , keep an eye on your valuables though.
Little hard to find even with a sat nav. Very open course in great condition, would probably get bored of it if played several times. Reasonably flat if you did wish to walk or trolley it. Staff not overly helpful in the pro shop.
Better than Los Lagos at the same club. Very attractive.
We all enjoyed the course, 10 out of 10
Absolutely amazing course. So pristine, pure greens, great fairways. My only criticism is sometimes after leaving a green i did not know where the next tee box was.
