It is designed with influences of the Nicklaus golf course in Lake, Las Vegas. Its main characteristics are undulating fairways and greens among desert dunes, few bunkers and a great 6 hectare lake. Holes 9 and 18 go around the lake, which guarantees an exciting final. It measures a maximum of 6,498 metres. For long hitters, the par 5 holes are reachable in two, being under 480 metres, but you will have to be accurate as there are hazards left and right of the greens. The three par 3 holes are either long with two over 182 metres in length and although the 6th is short at 126 metres, the shot is played over water to a narrow green. Saurines golf course is a great addition to the golf courses in this area and is well worth a visit. A great new course that opened at the beginning of 2011 (...)
