The Hills Course was designed by José María Olazábal and opened in 2022 alongside its sister course, the International Olympic Academy Golf Course, together forming the Navarino Hills development, named World's Best New Golf Development at the 2020 World Golf Awards. Set in the Kinigou Hills above the Bay of Navarino, it's the more rural and characterful of the two.

Olazábal carved the par-72, 6,280-metre layout through an old olive orchard and around ancient rock walls, with ravines cutting through several holes and demanding genuine course management rather than raw power. The long par-4 8th, at 395 metres, is the sternest test on the card. Where the neighbouring Olympic course leans into open sea views, The Hills Course stays closer to the land itself, gently rolling and genuinely scenic in its own right.
